As a Sr. IT Analyst at Honeywell, you will be responsible for documenting business requirements and processes, performing testing, and recommending best practice for customer success for Gainsight.
This will be a IT functional role focused on both Customer Success (CS) and Product Experience (PX). Your expertise in Gainsight CS and PX will contribute to the organization's customer success strategies and help drive data-informed decision-making on future product developments.
You will report directly to our Software GDM (Global Design Model) Sr. Director. You'll work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or related role
- 3+ years of experience with Gainsight
- Knowledge of Customer Success organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
