As an Sr Advanced Software Engineer Forge IAM Solution here at Honeywell's Enterprise (HCE), you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of the Forge Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution.
You will be accountable for ensuring the security and integrity of user identities and access to the Honeywell Forge platform. Your expertise in IAM technologies and best practices will be instrumental in delivering a secure and seamless user experience. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the security and usability of the Honeywell Forge platform, enabling our customers to leverage the power of data and analytics to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

- Design and develop the Forge IAM solution, ensuring secure and seamless user access
- Implement IAM best practices and industry standards to protect user identities and data
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions into the Honeywell Forge platform
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities
- Stay up to date with the latest IAM technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- At least 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and solutions
- Experience working with Azure cloud.
- Experience with NESTJs framework.
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Strong knowledge of IAM best practices, standards, and protocols
- Experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Certification in IAM technologies, such as CISSP, CISM, or similar
- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR or CCPA
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
