Asa Process Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will play acritical role in leading and managing process engineering activitieswithin the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business group. You willbe responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, optimizing operationalefficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of engineeringprojects. Your expertise in process engineering and strong leadershipskills will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and deliveringhigh-quality solutions to our customers.

You will report directly to our Plant Director, and you will work out of ourSpokane WA location.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our processengineering initiatives and the overall performance of the ESS businessgroup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage process engineering activities within the ESSbusiness group
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize operationalefficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentify and implement process enhancements
  • Develop and implement process engineering standards,methodologies, and best practices
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, identify areasfor improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineeringteams to ensure successful project execution

BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL

The annual base salary range for this position is $131,000 - $164,000. Pleasenote that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywellconsiders various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited tothe scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's workexperience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and businessconsiderations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the energy orsustainability industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement initiativesand delivering results

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, Master's degree inEngineering or a related field preferred
  • Six Sigma certification or experience with Leanmethodologies
  • Knowledge of energy and sustainability industry regulations andstandards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
