Key Responsibilities:
  • This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining project files.
  • Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Arranging travel, accommodation, and other logistical needs for project-related activities.
  • Coordinating project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, and that project timelines are met.
  • Maintaining project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of project activities and communications.
  • Assisting with the preparation of project reports and presentations.
  • Following up on project issues and ensuring that they are resolved.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the project manager and providing general support.
Skills Required:
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work with a diverse group of people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management software, and other relevant tools.
  • The ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
  • The ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
