Our Customer Service Management department is dedicated to ensuring a superior customer experience with Vestas Offshore Service. As part of the Offshore Service organization in the Vestas NCE Region, you will join a committed team of over 500 colleagues who work daily to deliver exceptional Offshore Services to our valued customers. This includes everything from strategic planning, operational excellence, Health & Safety, technical case handling, to delivering services on offshore wind turbines from our service vessels.

We are seeking a Technical Customer Agent to support our rapidly growing Offshore NCE business. You will join a dedicated team focused on creating additional value throughout the service lifecycle for high-profile clients.

Responsibilities
  • As a Technical Customer Agent you will work with Customer Managers, SMEs, Service Sites and Engineers. Your mission: to process technical inquiries confidently and ensure satisfied customers.
  • Issue Management: Resolve customer issues and maintain strong relationships
  • Support: Provide first-line support and act as the primary interface for technical issues
  • Contract Management: support for end-of-warranty and service contract tasks
  • Operational Leadership: lead technical customer meetings
  • Collaboration: communicate effectively with all departments
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue new aftermarket sales opportunities


Qualifications
  • Technical education with a commercial understanding or a commercial apprenticeship with technical know-how
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing position, customer service, or technical support
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
  • Very good verbal and written English communication skills

  • Sense of responsibility and attention to detail: You keep track of things and act independently
