That's why we are seeking a qualified Digital Sales Enablement Analyst to equip our digital sales team with the digital tools, resources, and content they need to be successful in a digital selling environment. Working close to digital sales, sales organizations and marketing teams across Latin America, the ideal Digital Sales Enablement has a strong understanding of the sales process, Emerson's instrumentation products and solutions, and excels on proposing digital strategies to drive volume.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Support development and execution of digital sales strategies
  • Coordinates and drive the implementation of sales enablement technologies, digital tools and overall initiatives across the region
  • Collaborates and aligns with various departments, to ensure digital sales team have the resources they need
  • Works closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and strategy
  • Drive and handle sales materials such as presentations, brochures, case studies and playbooks
  • Designs and coordinates effective sales training programs, aligned with strategy and messaging, assess the efficiency of training programs and adjusts as vital
  • Report to digital sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and data around sales enablement tools and initiatives.
  • Measures and analyzes digital tools, initiatives and campaigns performance to identify areas for improvement

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Two or more years of experience in sales enablement and related areas
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Validated, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience on Marketing or related areas
  • Experience as a sales enablement
  • Proficiency with CRM software and digital tools
