Job Duties

• Under broad direction, the process assurance manager will lead Global Operational Excellence for Real Estate/Travel as required to meet Halliburton performance expectations.
• The process assurance manager will direct the implementation of the Halliburton Management System (HMS) for Real Estate.
• This role will provide support of continuous improvement and quality management techniques and facilitates the application of those techniques thru Lean/Six Sigma and/or Kaizens.
• The process assurance manager collects reviews and selects new tools and methodologies that enhance performance.
• In addition, this role suggests and assists in the application of balanced performance measures for Real Estate/Travel and provides guidance on system design, measurement, monitoring, and improvement.
• This role will design and support regional travel data feeds into an integrated management information system by global data consolidation that facilitates benchmarking, balanced measures, reporting, analysis, and informed decision making.
• A responsibility of this role is to define and resource projects and priorities to continuously improve service delivery and cost management of travel services with the defined regions.
• This job is accountable for delivery of projects in terms of budget, schedule, and scope by demonstrating leadership skill and directs one or more diverse project teams.
• Will train and maintain six sigma certification.
• Job role contributes directly to value creation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, MIS is required to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Real Estate/Travel which includes experience in Service Quality.
