JOB PURPOSE
The jobholder is responsible to provide with specialized expertise in the areas of business analysis and processes support for all the function systems; including SAP and Non-SAP applications, to ensure achieving the desired system automation for Borouge ADP and Pte. This role includes; providing the system support for computerized maintenance management system (SAP), asset performance management systems, content management solutions, planning and scheduling systems, other custom applications and interfaces to support Maintenance for all system users, contribute and coordinate the applications' projects for process automation until fully functioning, report and develop the creation and update of performance matrices and report' generating, and contribute to the implementation for the Policies and Procedures.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process Automation & Projects
- Conduct studies and initiate actions what would support the automation of the function processes. And provide and prepare economic feasibility and comprehensive testing studies to support the financial and technical viability of both SAP and non-SAP systems and provides recommendations as appropriate.
- Study and analyses the requirements of users from various functional areas to evaluate the required updates in light of the existing features of the function
- Plan, prioritize, organize and recommend the approved projects' list in line with the function business plan, and align the project plans, timing and milestones with the Information Technology to ensure timely launch of the updates in SAP and other system without any delay.
- Supervise and control the new implementation of approved related projects until completion phase and users' satisfaction. And monitor the implementation of new SAP projects, to ensure the adaptation of such projects to company's scope, specifications, and priorities.
- Contribute and develop for a new project the project charter to define the objectives, allocate budget and assign in site / out site resources.
Process Integration & Optimization
- Assess the need for incorporating any changes in the Systems, study the implications of changes or alterations to the modules in the function in relation to their impact on other and related systems in the Companies
- Participate and contribute in the major IT projects which related to company strategy such as Master date management, segregation of duties "SOD" and governance risk & competence "GRC" and also participate in security level and disaster recovery.
- Supervise, monitor and test the process and system update' requirements to meet the criteria in System Test, and develop and maintain a workflow-driven master data creation and change request management system, upholding data standards and documenting each step in the process
- Manage the applications access, users' authorities, and other user access to different function modules and systems to ensure that the systems are meeting the information requirements, and support the future business plans for the function.
Application Support Dashboard & Data Management
- Manage systems and problem solving studies in both SAP and Non SAP applications, Applying the security system I configuration I procedure to ensure the proper implementation
- Provide system support and maintenance for all function applications so that non-stop, trouble-free operation is assured.
- Provide a quality data and SAP reports to Audits and liaise with expert users to solve and correct the problem areas and propose process to improve these results.
- Train and coach the system users on regular basis, to ensure their capabilities for the best usage of the recent or all system features.
- Monitor systems users' performance in respect of SAP issues, work load, slippage reports to the management and company management.
- Control and track function problems during and after the implementation and provide solutions to solve these problems.
Business Process Management
- Carry out and control in investigation studies aimed at developing new function
- Investigate the market I industry for a new application which help in enhance and develop our company function and to meet our new requirements and targets
- Review and approve procedures and related manuals for both SAP and non-SAP applications. Ensures that these are properly implemented and reviews continuously to enhance their benefits. Includes establishing periodic back-up procedures.
- Identify problems and opportunities for improvement with existing information systems, as well as possible solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- University degree in Management Information Systems, or any related discipline
- Fluency in English Language; written and oral
- Minimum of 5 years of total experience; including at least 3 years of experience as Business Information Systems Specialist, or IT System Analyst.
- Minimum of 3 years of the experience in Technical for Petrochemicals Oil & Gas Companies
- Experience in computerized maintenance management systems
- Skilled in Policies and Procedures, Delegation of Authority (DOA), and Process Flowcharts.
- Knowledge of SAP Workflow, ASAP and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is an advantage
- Understanding of the Respective Business Processes and Applications.
- Sound knowledge in developing and delivering training and awareness sessions.
- Excellent problem solving and a high level of analytical skills.
- Proven organizational, record-keeping and time management skills.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with other Knowledge of IT related technologies, solutions, and best practices.
- Knowledge of Project Management is an advantage.
- Exposure to work as Business Analyst in IT Companies.
- Understanding the function process concepts
Professional Certifications
- ERP System; SAP, Oracle... etc. and one of:
- IT Applications; .net, php, C++, html... etc.
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Certified Microsoft, MySQL, VBA Applications is an advantage.
- Preferred to be certified in Project Management; i.e. PMP, etc.
