This role is essential for primarily developing, as well as maintaining and improving direct customer contacts and relationships in line with the defined "Go to Market" philosophy. By engaging with our customers in Croatia, and collaborating with distributors in surrounding countries and other Sales Engineers in the team, you will work towards delivering the company's ambitious growth targets. The focus is on selling and promoting products, services, concepts, and solutions offered by the Measurement Solutions Business Unit.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage End User accounts (Refining, Oil & Gas, Life Science, Chemical) and OEM / EPC customers in Croatia to achieve the agreed orders, sales and profitability targets.
• Promote the sale of Emerson's products & services & strategically negotiate, keeping in mind long term opportunities.
• Work with distributors in the region to support their efforts.
• Manage and further develop Emerson's market position with Measurement Solution Portfolio by understanding the customer's business drivers & goals and keeping up-to-date with their situations.
• Prepare and be responsible for an annual booking budget by product / value / period.
• Maintain a project opportunity list and Site plans for the assigned account in CRM.
• Understand and work in team project form for more sophisticated requests.
• Participate in relevant industry events.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Technical degree, or equivalent experience
• Proven sales / business development experiencein a commercial role
• Exposure to industrial automation environment; with a good knowledge of technical (measurement) products and understanding of similar industries (e.g. chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, power, life science, refining)
• CRM & MS Office tools
• Proficiency in English and Croatian language
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
• Driver's license
