The Order Entry Analyst I for Actuation Technologies NA will perform tasks that will help improve the order service levels. This is an entry level position that requires a balance of attention to details, quality, and speed.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Receive, review and process customer purchase orders and accurately upload, enter, and book the related order in corresponding ERP systems.
- Assist in the correction of orders and proactively communicate issues affecting speed and quality of orders.
- Follow the established standards and processes, check that all information supplied by the customer is correct and complete, to ensure the customer receives the product they need and at the time they need it.
- Collect and save needed information and documentation to ensure compliance with record retention and documentation procedures, provide information required for quality and continuous improvement analysis.
- Ensure compliance with import/export, contract, and government requirements. Screen orders for compliance with the business unit Terms and Conditions, Agreements and Standards
- Complete all certifications and trainings required for the successful performance of this role, fulfil quality requirements (audit, certifications, etc.)
- Attend to some of the customer inquiries through different communications channels, working closely with the order management specialist and other quote-to-cash teams.
- Back up other team members depending on the business needs.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Education: High School diploma is required
- English Level B1 or above
- At least 1 year of work experience in data entry or related role
- Demonstrated, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Proficient with MRP, preferably Oracle
- Experience working with customers and/or sales force.
