Asia Pacific (APAC) Finance Business Performance Management (BPM) serve as core finance business partners to our Regional Sales, Construction and Service. We are an internationally diverse team, physically located in multiple countries across the region. Together with our primary operational stakeholders, we focus on Performance Management, Business Finance, Business Controlling and Finance Business Partnering.

You will be located in Seoul, SK, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Performance Management, located in Melbourne, AU. Your primary, operational stakeholders will also be located in Seoul, SK, and your secondary, operational & financial stakeholders will be located throughout the region. As the Lead Finance Business Partner, Service, you will be the primary contact for providing financial planning & analysis and insights to the Head of Service APAC and Head of Service Commercial APAC.

Responsibilities
  • Primary financial resource to Head of Service APAC and Head of Service Commercial APAC
  • Act as Functional leader of Service Finance, working closely with Service controllers to ensure quality of deliverables and the main point of contact for Global Service and Group Finance.
  • Coordinate monthly closing activities for APAC Service Operations, including consolidation and analysis of:

- the current month P&L results versus budget & forecast

- the revised quarterly, FY and 18mo rolling forecast

- the risks & opportunities to be targeted to safeguard performance
  • Oversee the monitoring and review of Service Backlog and ensure that Management is fully aware of any developments.
  • Coordinate the Annual Planning and Strategy process and act as main point of contact from Finance.
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to both regional and global management of Service performance to facilitate information and decision making
  • Support subregion finance in ensuring proper review and feasibility of new service deals.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and management reports as required


Qualifications
  • Bachelors' degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA.
  • Relevant experience with: Finance business partnering (cost controlling & execution, cost analysis, business performance management)
  • Experience with systems including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) required and SAP, SAP BI, SAP BPC, Anaplan, PowerBI experience is beneficial
  • Minimum 10 years of financial analysis experience
  • Experience in renewable energy, wind energy
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and in a matrix organization
  • Flexibility and motivation, some travel may be required
  • Ability to work separately and with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and build smart well-organized business analytics reports.
