If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team based in Houston, TX.

As Senior Recruiter for T.EN in the U.S you will manage the recruitment process (from sourcing to contract negotiation) end to end for T.EN in the U.S . The role is an integral part of the People & Culture team and is also closely cooperating with the Talent Acquisition network at T.EN Corporate and other T.EN offices around the globe.

Representing the recruitment team as the main focal point, you will maintain an optimized and aligned recruitment setup and processes.

Also strategic recruitment planning is part of your scope. These aspects contain:
  • Sustainable balancing the workforce and the workload requirements of the office with the focus on the recruitment part
  • Employer Branding: Ensuring that Technip Energies is marketed as employer of choice in all recruitment related communication (external) and ensure all necessary vacancies are communicated.
  • Internal communication: Assure that the recruitment need is communicated internally and manage referrals and (in alignment with the P&C Business Partners) internal applications.
  • Onboarding: streamline the onboarding process by being their main point of contact for newly hired employees until their first day (in alignment with P&C Business Partners)
  • Diversity hiring: you establish plans to tap into new pools of talent, in particular to meet our ESG ambitions in gender equity and other under-represented groups representation at all level of the organization

Align local plans with Corporate TA programs by implementing these policies and programs on a local level.

WORK PERFORMED:
  • Engages in hiring activities, (Full Cycle Recruiting 30+ requisitions,) including working with assigned manager to support their need for new/replacement of personnel.
  • Identifying candidates through a variety of methods, including employee referrals, social network, searches, and management leads.
  • Interview and analyze candidates for hiring managers, refer candidates to hiring managers and ensure consistency in the interviewing process.
  • Remain compliant with Hiring Procedures, once candidate is selected for hire, will complete the necessary steps to enable the following; offer to be made, the appropriate pre-employment screening to be conducted and the candidate is ready for on-boarding.
  • Serves as a point of contact for feedback from managers.
  • Assists candidates in all matters from interview stage through on-boarding, answering questions, addressing concerns, and facilitating the hire process.
  • Coordinate contracts with Indirect procurement Dept (for independent consultants, service providers and outside recruiting firms)
  • Attends outside career fairs, or other tasks as assigned.
  • Assists with future initiatives for hiring.
  • Handles confidential information.

QUALIFICATION/SKILL:
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, strategically minded.
  • Highly organized with a great attention to detail & follow-through
  • Preferably a minimum of 5+ year previous experience working in corporate H.R. environment or Recruiting Firm depending on education level.
