Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Band 4 Manager to oversee the sale of our company's enterprise security products and services. This role involves maintaining relationships and expanding offerings with existing accounts, finding, generating, and developing new accounts/channel partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our enterprise security products and services. The successful candidate will provide both management and technical leadership, lead the strategic development of the sales function, and address business requirements and goals. Additionally, this role includes selecting, developing, and evaluating sales talent to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sale of the company's enterprise security products or services.
  • Maintain relationships and expand offerings with existing accounts.
  • Find, generate, and develop new accounts/channel partners.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with company enterprise security products and services.
  • Provide both management and technical leadership.
  • Lead the strategic development of the sales function, addressing business requirements and goals.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate sales talent to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Manage a budget of $10 million and grow the enterprise security business.
  • Lead the key account management team with a focus on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers.
  • Spearhead the Enterprise Security and Key Account Management business verticals, delivering robust double-digit CAGR growth over five years, with significant profit improvement for premium offerings through strategic market positioning and operational excellence.
  • Lead a dynamic team and foster collaboration across Sales, Product Management, and Marketing along with other functions to drive significant organizational initiatives and growth.
  • Cultivate premium channel partnerships, enhancing business profitability and synergy.
  • Implement Sales force effectiveness tools and strategies, boosting seller capacity and productivity.
  • Advocate for Say/Do commitment, leading to the top brand establishment of the Enterprise Security Brand in the market with a major share of demand and significant security growth in Key Accounts.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a large budget and drive business growth.
  • Technical knowledge related to the company's enterprise security products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing channel partners.
  • Background in key account management.
