This position reports to

Business Process Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development. The work model for the role is: #Li - Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Large Motors ^& Generators business in Vadodara, Gijarat. You will be mainly accountable for: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital transformation strategies that enhance operational efficiency and productivity in smart factories. ( Smart Integrated solution development and implementation driver ) • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure the smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes among employees. Provide training and support to facilitate user engagement and proficiency. • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders, including operations, IT, and management, to identify digital needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Data Analysis: Analyze data from smart factory systems to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven approaches to recommend solutions and enhancements. • Technology Integration: Support the integration of advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, and automation within manufacturing processes. Ensure that systems are user-friendly and meet operational requirements. • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of digital adoption efforts and continuously improve processes. • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate staff on new technologies and best practices in smart manufacturing

Qualifications for the role

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor of computer application or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, smart manufacturing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, and automation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• 5 - 10 years of overall industry experience including manufacturing, digitalization & Industrial engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience in business application development is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft power BI , MS Power Apps and SharePoint development.
• Familiarity with project management is a plus with good knowledge of value chain improvement projects.
