In this capacity, you will provide order status, product pricing, delivery, and parts information to seamlessly serve our customers as well. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In this role, you will:
  • Receive, enter, and process orders into the Business System.
  • Respond to general inquiries and requests received from the mailbox and identify the need for escalations.
  • Coordinate with factory personnel, representatives, inside sales, and customer support.
  • Notify customers of the promised delivery date and provide shipment confirmation to customers.
  • Update order and quote records and status in Business System

For this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in any four-year course
  • At least 3 years of experience related to documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or function.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
  • Applicable business processes and system tools, including Oracle, FileNet, eDocs, and SharePoint.
  • General understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
