As an Inside Sales Representative II here at Honeywell,you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting salestargets. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executingsales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. You will report directly to our Senior Sales Manager, andyou'll work out of our Plymouth location on a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid WorkSchedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100%onsite M-F.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on thecompany. You will drive revenue growth and contribute to the company'sfinancial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customersand meet sales targets will position Honeywell as a trusted partner and drivethe company's growth and competitiveness in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenuegrowth and meet or exceed sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensureseamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
- Analyze market trends and customer insights throughdata analysis to identify new business opportunities and drive continuousimprovement
- Travel as required (up to 5%)

YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Building Automation Solutions industry knowledge
- Wholesaler experience
- Passion for sales and achieving results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience
