As a Process Improvement Engineer here atHoneywell, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end processimprovements through systemic resolutions. With your Six Sigma Black Beltcertification, you will focus on analyzing the failure trends, identifyingopportunities for improvements in areas such as Order Fulfillment, Returns, andCustomer interfacing processes. You will lead and support process improvementinitiatives, ensuring the successful execution of improvement projects and thedelivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate withcross-functional teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, andimplement initiatives to optimize operational processes and enhance the overallcustomer experience.
You will report directly to our Americas Customer Quality Manager, and you'llwork out of our San Luis Potosi, MX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In thisrole, you will have a significant impact on the success of our processimprovement efforts and the overall customer satisfaction. You will beresponsible for driving process improvements, identifying opportunities forimprovements, failure trends, and root causes, and implementing systemicresolutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives to drive end-to-endimprovements
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvements, failure trends,and root causes
• Identify areas for improvement in Customer interfacing processes like OrderFulfillment and Returns Processes
• Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to optimize operationalprocesses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes andenhance the overall customer experience
• Implement systemic resolutions to address process gaps and improveefficiency
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technicaldiscipline or related field
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Minimum 4 years of experience in process improvement or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
WE VALUE
• Professional Experience in Customer Experience, Quality and/ orLogistics functions
• Educational Degree related to process improvement or business management
