Essential skills and knowledge
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of up to 30 on site
- Oversee multiple contractors and concurrent work fronts
- Engage in project planning, risk reviews, and contractor onboarding
- Monitor safety, quality, and schedule performance
- Coordinate handovers with commissioning and operations
- Drive field leadership and coach teams on risk and compliance
- Own site execution processes - TQs, NCRs, ITPs, MDRs, and handover packs
Essential skills and knowledge
- Extensive relative project or construction management experience
- Proven leadership across complex construction environments
- Experience managing diverse teams and multiple scopes
- Strong understanding of Australian standards and construction governance
- Commercially aware, solutions-driven, and safety-first
- Extensive experience in large earthworks projects (an advantage)
