To ensure both efficient field team scheduling and prompt, courteous client support, we currently require a highly structured and customer-focused appointment scheduler. This role and upholding the high standard of service that our clients have come to expect are essential to the company's success.

Lee's Air, Plumbing & Heating's appointment scheduler frequently interacts with a large number of customers. Under your supervision, staff members and clients will be assisted on the field, service providers will be assigned, and visits will be planned. The perfect candidate would be very communicative, meticulous, and resilient under pressure. First, there is a need for a can-do attitude, the ability to solve problems analytically, and the desire to provide outstanding service.

Customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness will both be greatly impacted by your partnership.

The person taking the call must primarily greet the caller and give correct information.

The needs of the customer and technical availability should be taken into consideration when scheduling HVAC and plumbing service appointments.

Arrange for the professionals to arrive at the sites so that schedules are as efficient and customer-focused as possible.

Make sure everything goes as planned by checking appointments and following up with clients as needed.

Check for accurate, up-to-date data in client records and other scheduling systems.

In the event of last-minute scheduling changes or critical service requests, notify technicians and management as soon as possible.

Assist the administrative, service, and sales departments in maintaining proper service schedules.

responsible for reminding customers about maintenance, sales, and email services.

Apply logical solutions after tackling difficult problems with skill and compassion.

Assist the department by performing any necessary administrative duties.

A bachelor's degree in management is ideal, but a high school diploma or its equivalent is required.

Candidates with prior experience in scheduling, dispatching, administrative support, or customer service will be given preference.

Strong awareness of appropriate phone etiquette and exceptional written and spoken English proficiency.

Very neat and accurate.

capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and maintaining my level of performance even in the face of high demand.

proficiency with two client relationship scheduling and administration systems, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan.

strong in both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Speaking English and Spanish fluently would also be beneficial.
