This role guides projects through setup, permitting, design coordination, interconnection, and closeout-ensuring an exceptional client experience and seamless project flow. What You'll Do
As a Project Associate, you'll serve as the primary client contact after project sale and support the solar project lifecycle from setup through closeout. You'll:
Training will be provided for Scoop, Site Capture, Salesforce and PowerClerk, but previous experience is a plus!

Required Skills & Experience
This position requires regular travel within the metro area. Employees in this position are required to have a good driving record and provide their own vehicle. You are eligible for a mileage reimbursement per company policy.

- Manage scheduling, communication, documentation, and logistics to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Prepare and submit building permits, interconnection, and incentive applications using PowerClerk.
- Maintain and update project records across platforms like Scoop, Salesforce, and Site Capture.
- Support internal coordination across teams-Sales, Project Management, Operations, and Accounting.
- Set up system monitoring accounts, assist with billing and reporting, and prepare closeout materials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Training will be provided for Scoop, Site Capture, Salesforce and PowerClerk, but previous experience is a plus!
What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computers, scheduling tools, and cloud-based platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and comfort using calculators and spreadsheets.

- Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Prior experience in solar, construction, permitting, or project coordination.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Scoop, Site Capture, or PowerClerk.
