We are seeking a skilled and versatile Mobile HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded individual capable of performing various maintenance tasks, including water testing, and responding to service calls across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of technical skills and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular water testing and maintain accurate records of results
• Conduct basic electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all service and repairs performed
• Respond promptly to service calls and address issues in a timely manner
• Read and interpret technical documents and manuals to guide maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve various maintenance issues across different systems
• Travel to multiple sites as needed to perform maintenance and repair work

Required Qualifications:

• Clean driving record (essential for mobile work)
• Proven experience in general maintenance, with a focus on basic electrical and plumbing skills
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in maintenance work
• Excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to respond to service calls and work outside regular business hours when needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with building automation systems
• Strong customer service skills
• Certifications in relevant maintenance or technical fields

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and technologies
• Customer-oriented with a professional demeanor

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (indoor and outdoor)
• Capable of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces for extended periods
