Under the direction of the Director of Analytics, the Insights Generation Manager will drive the strategic use of technology to accelerate and enhance insights generation across the enterprise. Acting as the strategic arm of analytics, this role will shape how analytics is delivered organization-wide, with a particular focus on leveraging advanced and emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI).
The Insights Generation Manager will lead efforts to promote and train stakeholders in self-service analytics, integrate AI into analytics practices, and establish robust analytics governance as the foundation for effective insights generation and delivery. This position is pivotal in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and maximizing the value of analytics tools and strategies.
Key Qualifications:
This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence on-site at least 10-20% of the time, and as needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the "home office" location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary.
Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $ 112,900 - $ 256,900 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between the minimum and midpoint of this range.

Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Epic's Cogito roadmap and SQL-based reporting.
- Strong understanding of statistics, data science, metadata management, and metrics development.

- A growth mindset and passion for adopting and utilizing the latest technologies to support a healthcare system's evolving needs.
