We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth across our digital channels. You will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that increase awareness, attract prospects, and nurture them through the buyer's journey. You'll work closely with Sales and SMEs to ensure campaign alignment and optimize growth.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel, direct marketing and ABM demand generation campaigns and strategy to designated healthcare target market and ICPs.
  • Plan, promote and manage internal webinar events for Sales/Marketing team.
  • Maintain webinar calendar, effective promotion and lead follow up post event.
  • Develop email campaigns including list build, email copy development and schedule utilizing Pardot and Salesforce. Develop and manage the email calendar and timing. Develop effective campaign landing pages.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to create campaign assets that support lead generation and nurturing efforts (eBooks, case studies, landing pages). Develop effective offer strategies and work with graphic design resources on effective creative execution of materials.
  • Own and optimize the lead funnel, managing campaigns from awareness to conversion and reporting on weekly ROI metrics.
  • Use marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Salesforce) to segment audiences, personalize outreach, and score leads. Understand how sales and marketing use Salesforce as a CRM, and track activity and reporting.
  • Act as primary contact to leverage ZoomInfo database to pull campaign lists into Salesforce campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales to define lead qualification and follow-up criteria and ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up through reports and Salesforce campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (leads, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, conversion rates, ROI), and continuously report on and iterate for improvement.
  • Test new channels and tactics to expand reach and performance.
  • Support ABM (account-based marketing) efforts and execute.
  • Assist with trade show exhibit marketing promotional efforts, lead management and qualification/follow-up plans.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in marketing, B2B demand generation, growth marketing, working at a marketing agency, or a related field. They must have hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, with a strong preference for Salesforce and Pardot. Proficiency in using Zoom to set up, host, and record webinars is also required. A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and lead lifecycle within a SaaS company environment-such as using tools like ZoomInfo-is essential. The candidate should have experience running integrated lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, managing and sourcing lead lists, and setting up campaigns within Salesforce. Familiarity with B2B email marketing best practices is important, along with an analytical mindset capable of making data-driven decisions. Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills are key to success in this role. Additionally, experience with social media, content syndication, and coordinating with external agency vendors is considered a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare or marketing agency.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Salesforce, Pardot, email marketing tools, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Education in Marketing, Communications or English.
  • Prior involvement in demand generation to affect funnel build through outbound, direct marketing, ABM and event strategies to achieve growth.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Teams
  • Knowledge of Monday.com or other project management software
