In this job, your responsibilities will be, accomplish with the lead time to the import/export process according to each internal customer and type of operation, tracking and follow up for import and export shipments, trade compliance programs, reports, reconciliations and monthly metrics.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Follow-up of foreign trade operations
- Custom broker and carriers' management
- Communication and follow up with, internal customers and suppliers
- Follow-up for compliance programs (Archer, audits, reviews & procedures)
- OEA Projects
- Maintain and comply with established metrics:
- Area
- Carriers
- Custom broker
- Elaborate reconciliations; inventory, SAT reports (GLOSA), commercial invoice conciliations
- Monthly presentations
- Logistics / CASS and SCO Program conciliations, trainings and troubleshooting assistance
- Audits and self-audits program
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, international business or closely related field
- 3-4 years of experience working in foreign trade areas, experience especially in:
- Customs Law, regulations, Government permits & Mexican Rules
- OEA expertise
- RGCE
- IMMEX program
- Annex 22, Annex 24, Annex 30
- IVA & IEPS, CTPAT Certification
- Management of electronic foreign trade files
- Customs Law, regulations, Government permits & Mexican Rules
- Handling customs brokers & carriers
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
- Collaboration & teamwork
- Communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization
- Ability to organized and prioritize task, resolve problems or issues
- Handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Work under pressure
