Als Sales Desk Administrator omvat jouw werk het verwerken van inkomende aanvragen (RFQ's) en het afhandelen van klantbestellingen (PO's). Dit doe je onze online omgeving (CRM). Emerson heeft meerdere afdelingen, en het is aan de Sales Desk om ervoor te zorgen dat de aanvraag/bestelling bij de juiste persoon terechtkomt. Jij bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor Sales, en daarnaast werk je nauw samen met je colleaga's in Nederland en België.

Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

• Het verwerken van alle nieuwe aanvragen en bestellingen in de diverse mailboxen;
• Het identificeren van de juiste BU;
• Het aanmaken van een Order/aanvraag-taak in de CRM-toepassing;
• Het versturen van een e-mail naar de klant waarin staat dat de aanvraag is verwerkt;
• Het uploaden van de documenten in onze digitale werkomgeving;
• Het aanmaken van nieuwe contactpersonen en accounts;
• Het creëren en verwerken van leads.

• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;

• Resultaatgerichtheid;
• Sterk teamwork;
• Zelfmotivatie en een positieve houding;
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels;

Voorkeurskwalificaties die je onderscheiden:

• Eerste ervaring in B2B-orderadministratie is een pluspunt;
• Kennis van de Franse taal is een pluspunt.
