- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of HVAC systems in an E-House project within the oil and gas sector.
- Ensure the project runs smoothly, meeting high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage all HVAC-related activities and supervise a team of HVAC technicians.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and manage budgets.
- Address any issues or risks related to HVAC systems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper integration and documentation.
- Ensure all work meets the client's expectations in terms of quality and deadlines.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring they integrate properly with the overall E-House design.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians, sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Review project progress and prepare status reports for management.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing large teams in a high-pressure environment.
Essential skills and knowledge
- At least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, specifically in the construction of E-Houses or similar modular facilities.
- Proven experience in HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning in EPC projects.
- Deep understanding of HVAC engineering principles, industry best practices, and local/regional regulations.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing diverse teams and handling complex on-site operations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Previous experience working on projects in the Middle East or similar challenging environments is highly advantageous.
- Expertise in managing the installation and commissioning of complex systems within time-sensitive and high-budget projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Professional certification in HVAC systems or project management is a plus.
- Proactive and result-oriented, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
