As a Finance Manager (FP&A) here at Honeywell,you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysisinitiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financialstrategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth. With yourstrong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will provide valuableinsights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and ensurefinancial compliance.
You will report directly to our Finance Director and you'llwork out of our headquarters in Morris Plains, NJ on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives tooptimize operational efficiency and drive growth
• Develop and implement financial strategies to supportbusiness objectives
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to supportdecision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop andexecute financial plans
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and companypolicies
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, FP&A, orrelated roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and collaborate withcross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
