As a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager here atHoneywell, you will be accountable for the administration and maintenance ofour SAP planning systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and optimalperformance. You will play a critical role in assisting our planning operationsand driving continuous improvement in our systems and processes. You willreport directly to our IT Director, and you'll work out of our Morris Plains locationon a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to makea significant impact by:
- Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and performanceoptimization of planning systems such as SAP APO, DP, SNP and Kinaxis
- Monitoring the performance of our systems, identifying andresolving technical issues
- Product allocation technical objects(APO BW PSA, DSO, InfoCube, Planning Area, Planning Book), product allocation CVC and allocationassignment realignment, order scheduling and relevant condition records,backorder processing, process chain scheduling, APO security roles, temporaryquantity assignment
- Collaborating withcross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements
- Ensuring robust system security and compliance withestablished protocols
- Documenting system configurations, processes, andprocedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and standardization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with cross-functional teams to plan and executesystem upgrades and enhancements

YOU MUST HAVE
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SCM applications includesAPO, DP, SNP, Kinaxis
• Proficiency in SCM applications, with a proven trackrecord of accomplishments
• S/4 is a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field
• Industry-recognized certifications in systemsadministration or network management
• Previous experiencein cloud-based systems administration
• A strong insightinto cybersecurity ethics and best practices

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
