As the Director/Chief Investigator, you will conduct investigations for a wide range of customers including the Legal Department, Human Resources, and Integrity & Compliance. You will report directly to our Director of Global Investigations, and you will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ, Charlotte, NC or Houston, TX on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by conducting investigations into complex white-collar crime, financial fraud, and other financially related investigations. You will be responsible for preparing clear and concise investigative reports, conducting interviews, gathering and maintaining evidence, and analyzing investigative progress.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In October 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.

- Conduct investigations into complex white-collar crime, financial fraud, and other financially related investigations.
- Prepare clear and concise written investigative reports supported by investigative findings.
- Develop investigative strategies and interview witnesses, subjects, and other individuals during an investigation.
- Gather, process, and maintain evidence that will be used in criminal and/or civil procedures.
- Maintain a close relationship with the Honeywell Law Department and Human Resources.
- Analyze and evaluate investigative progress to reassess priorities, leads, and direction.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in security investigations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of investigative techniques, including evidence collection, analysis, and chain of custody.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
- Experience conducting complex white-collar crime, fraud, or any other financial investigative experience.
