THE POSITION

As a part of Honeywell's Identity and Access Management (IAM) & Governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's digital assets. IAM & Governance is responsible for managing user identities, access controls, and governance processes to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

This position will report into the Data Center Network & Infra Director and will work out of our Morris Plains, Charlotte or Houston location on a hybrid work schedule. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions and governance processes that align with industry best practices and Honeywell's security standards.

As a member of the IAM & Governance team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our IAM program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our digital assets. Your expertise in IAM technologies, access controls, and governance processes will be instrumental in protecting our organization from potential security threats and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access controls, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define IAM requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal security requirements.
  • Conduct access reviews and audits to identify and remediate access control issues and ensure adherence to the principle of least privilege.
  • Monitor and analyze IAM system logs and reports to detect and respond to security incidents and anomalies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM systems and processes, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM and governance, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct user training and awareness programs to promote IAM best practices and security awareness.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IAM solutions, ensuring service level agreements are met.


This position is intended toconvey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materialswhen the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 orearly 2026.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in IAM and governance, including experience with IAM technologies and access controls.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in IAM systems, such as identity and access management platforms.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to IAM and data privacy.


PREFERRED
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation and change management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and supporting IAM systems in a large organization.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks and processes, such as access reviews and audits.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions and integration with cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
  • Continuous learning and self-motivation.
