Establish and drive sourcing and procurement of Engineering Services andContingent Labor for the Solstice Advanced Materials business globally as perAnnual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. You will have responsibility fordriving competitive category supply strategies to achieve lowest total cost foryour category, reduced working capital via negotiation planning and execution,Value Engineering, Consumption Reduction and Sole / Single Source elimination.You will manage supplier performance to support your category and ensure supplyquality. You will be managing several projects in dynamic environment. You willensure compliance with company business policies and procedures. In addition,you will have responsibility for managing a team of 4 direct reports coveringthe categories of IT, finance, legal, HR, supply chain, travel, and marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key professional services focusing on engineering services and contingent labor / staff augmentation and other corporate services categories working with direct reports
• Drive Total Cost of Ownership optimization through a mix of levers such as competition, price, service design, consumption, ratios of Sub Contractors to Contract Service Workers.
• Manage supplier selection, RFI and RFQ process, eAuction, negotiation, contracting and supplier performance processes.
  Manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SoWs) from inception through negotiation, completion and maintenance.
• Develop and manage category strategies including spend analysis, benchmarking, cost analysis, market analysis and global technology / economic trends tracking.
• Ensure rigorous management of key suppliers through processes such as scorecarding, Business Reviews, Service Level analysis and corrective actions.
• Align with key internal stakeholders to build sourcing strategy to support short-term and long-term engineering services needs.
• Improve Working Capital thru Payment Terms extensions, Payment cycle optimization, and other initiatives.
  Assist in operational procurementescalations, reconciliations and reporting as required.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in Strategic Sourcing of Professional Services and Contingent Labor (min. 5 years).
• Strong category management experience (min. 5 years).
• Experience managing a team of category managers / specialists /analysts.
• Strong contract negotiation experience (Terms and Conditions such as Limitation of Liability, Warranty, Indemnification, IP, security, pay terms, etc.).
• Experience in RFPs/RFQs and Statements of Work.
• Demonstrated impact in achieving category savings and working capital goals.

• Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management
• Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, eSourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
