JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Request of spare parts and vendor work scope quotation from purchasing department and raise PR from the confirmed and approved quotation in purchasing system.
  2. Data input to purchasing system info correct and in order and follow up approval from Manager in order until work close.
  3. Complete documentation upload in AIMS (as super user) and receiving to complete for Facilities Department for all the job completed in purchasing system.
  4. Handling documentation to be completed for all the relevant checklist and services reports.
  5. Follow up closely on all spare parts order requested as well as updated spare parts data list.
  6. Work closely with purchasing to ensure order are completed and received, follow-up for all the outstanding purchasing order.
  7. Work closely with vendor to ensure document such as DO/Service Report are in place during delivery.
  8. Handling work service provider timesheet and daily work task.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent is typically the minimum requirement.
  2. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  3. 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience in manufacturing is an added advantage.
  4. Good typing and data entry skills.
