This position reports to
Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop course materials and handle content delivery for technical training for customers, either in classroom or on-site. Each day, you will be responsible for post-training activities such as course feedback collection, possible corrective actions on course materials and equipment, etc. You will also showcase your expertise by guaranteeing excellent customer service and securing high level of customer satisfaction through trainings. The work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Creating and updating training materials: The trainer is responsible for developing and maintaining training content. • Training users in ABB Edgenius: Your main task will be to educate users on ABB Edgenius. • Knowledge requirements: This includes knowledge of Red Hat (a subtype of Linux), containers, and OpenShift/Kubernetes. • Training locations: The trainer will provide training at ABB universities both locally and worldwide.

Qualifications for the role
- Linux OS Knowledge (preferably RedHat): ABB Edgenius is based on the RedHat Linux distribution.
- Containers Technology Knowledge (OpenShift/Kubernetes/Docker): Practical experience with these technologies is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Willingness to Travel: The position involves travel, with a maximum frequency of one week per month.
- Excellent English Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and present training materials.
