Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will drive efficiency, enhance sales & service operational workflows, and improve service delivery. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries in Hub Asia. You will be mainly accountable for: - Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies within current HUB service workflows; drive continuous improvement of end-to-end processes using Care configurator, CLM, SAP to ensure alignment with business goals. - Service Support : Provide technical support and deliver training on the CARE configurator to local sales teams using SFDC and CLM. - Systems Integration : Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment between Salesforce (SFDC), SAP systems, and other ABB platforms. - Customer-Centric Focus : Drive process improvements with a focus on enhancing on time service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree or about 10 years of expertise in Energy Industry area.
- More than 10 years of experience in SAP, Bids & Proposal or Order Handling and Management. Experience in Asia Pacific customer base including Oil & Gas and/or Chemical & Refinery Industries and/or Power & Water.
- Possess International, cross-BU and cross-division experience.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
