This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for: • Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group. • Creating plans for target audience visits and conducts regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits. • Establishing and maintains effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits. • Ensuring a positive experience for the customer target group throughout the promotion activities. • Providing customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the design institutes and technical consultants. • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques. • Communicating details with the target audience in accordance with ABB's offering and strategy. • Conducting and organizes appropriate training interventions to educate the target audience on ABB products, systems, services, and offerings. • Managing administrative tasks in technical promotion processes and creates reports based on the organization's needs.
