In October, 2024 Honeywell announcedthe spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alonepublicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that thisrole, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of thisfuture transaction when the separation occurs.

As a Senior System/Application Sales Engineer - S&D(Sustainability & Decarbonization) located in Tokyo, Japan, here atHoneywell Advanced Materials Japan, you will play a crucial role in driving thesales and growth of our HFC/HFOrefrigerant solutions in the S&D business. Tokyo, with its vibrantbusiness environment, will serve as your base to effectively collaborate withcustomers and partners, understand their needs, and provide technical guidanceand support. Are you ready to make a significant impact and drive the growth ofour S&D Fluorine Productsbusiness in Tokyo, Japan?

You will report directly to our GeneralManager and you'll work out of our Tokyo location on a hybrid workschedule.

In this role, you will impact the growth and success of our S&D businessby:
- Developing and executing sales strategies in the S&D market,collaborating with customers and partners by technical discussions &support
- Providing technical guidance and support to customers, industry stake holders and partners in the development anddelivery of sustainable and decarbonization solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partnersin Japan
-Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centricsolutions that contribute to a more sustainable future

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategiesin the S&D market, collaborating with customers and partners bytechnical discussions &support

• Build and maintain strong relationshipswith key customers ,industry stake holders andpartners, in Japan
• Identify new business opportunitiesand drive growth in the S&D market in Tokyo

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree or technicalcollege degree in Engineering or Chemistry
• Proven track record of success insales engineering roles
• Communicationskills intechnical discussions
• Strong interpersonal skills toeffectively collaborate with customers and partners
• Ability to build and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders
• Strategic thinking andproblem-solving abilities
