Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential HVAC Production Manager to oversee and manage our residential HVAC field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC Residential New Construction (RNC) Installation, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving production goals while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of residential HVAC production operations, including installation, warehouse, field technicians, testing, and forecasting, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Develop and implement production schedules, considering capacity, resources, and customer demands, to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.

Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Lead and supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize productivity and ensure a safe working environment.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to minimize workplace hazards and maintain a high level of employee safety awareness.

Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with the purchasing team to maintain adequate stock levels.

Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to residential HVAC installation, and propose relevant improvements or modifications to enhance efficiency and product quality.

• 4-6 years' experience
• Proven working experience in Residential New Construction production
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
• Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
• A knack for problem solving and communication
• Working understanding of Manual J, D, S and redline principles
• Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
• Solid judgement along with decision making skills
• Strong leadership capabilities
• EPA card, Technician registration, NATE or state license
