As a Program Administrator here at Honeywell IndustrialAutomation, you will play a critical role in assisting and coordinating programactivities to ensure successful execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and facilitate program activities to ensuresuccessful execution
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive program efficiencyand monitor progress
- Maintain program documentation and track key milestones
- Assist in the preparation of program reports andpresentations
- Facilitate the Program Manager in identifying and resolvingprogram issues
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program administrationor a related role
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Generating manual requisitions usingIGS Oracle System
- Generation of Sales Orders using IGSOracle System
- Tracking and Managing Material Lists(Cost, Schedule of delivery) and providing status daily to Project Manager(s)and Program Manager
- Ability to read and understandengineering Bills of Materials in excel and obtaining costing for parts onlinefor manual requisitions
- Working with Symbotic ProcurementLeader to track parts and deliveries to Sites
- Working with Symbotic ProcurementLeader to track parts and deliveries to Sites
- Ability to document Change Ordersfor Material using Salesforce
- Work cross functionally withLogistics team members to coordinate shipments and ensure material is correctlylabeled and sent to sites as required
- Ability to schedule Premium FreightRequests for material and/or schedule Truck(s) through the Symbotic TMSTrucking Portal
WE VALUE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relatedfield
- Experience in the industrial automation industry
Supply Chain, Procurement and Buyerexperience and knowledge - Salesforce and Oracle knowledge
- Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
