As a Sr. Account Manager here at Honeywell, in Norway/Sweden. As the Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing our business within the Partner Channel focusing on Honeywell Building Managements Systems (BMS) offerings, and opportunities to Cross sell with other business entities under Honeywell Building Automation.
You will be expected to utilize your experience within Building Management, Field devices, market and customer needs to support channel partners and ensure a positive customer experience.
You will build relationships and understand your market and each of your partners and their customer's businesses in order to provide appropriate products or solutions and to understand the unique value proposition for each. You have a technical background and a really good understanding of "The Internet of Things" and 'Smart Buildings'. You see it as a challenge to adapt more traditional solutions to the developments of the future, applying the latest technologies to provide the right mix of innovative products, integrated systems, and excellent service to your customers
In this role you will serve as Account Manager in Honeywell's Building Management Systems division and report directly to the Northern Europe sales leader. The territory will mainly be Norway and Sweden, and you will be based in Honeywell's office in Norway/Sweden with opportunity to work from home and Travel within Territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Channel Sales Activities for existing large customers and identify potential new customers and convert them to long term Honeywell Partner Channel products and services.
- Accurately forecast sales weekly, monthly, quarterly. Formal territory and account planning; execute plans; update plans regularly. Become an expert in your assigned BMS channel market
- Establish relationships with customers, prospects, and industry insiders. Increase the share of wallet for Honeywell products and services
- Manage momentum through the pipeline by following a consultative sales process. Document opportunity progress and customer interactions in the CRM tool
- Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization including Finance/Pricing, Legal, Customer Success, and Offering Management, etc.
- Understand and articulate value propositions of Honeywell solutions and offerings. Negotiate and Close
Must Have Skills
- 5+ years' Sales experience in one or more of the following fields: (Smart) Building Technology or BMS. Knowledge of HVAC controls market
- Professional Account Manager with proven track record of developing business towards contractors, System Integrators and/ or distributors, OEM
- Excellent communicator capable of maintaining relationships with existing accounts at all management levels while also generating new business.
- Proven track record in consultative and value-based selling. Valid drivers license
- Fluent in Norwegian/Swedish and English.
