Responsible for sourcing goods, materials and services to meet company operational needs, considering price, quality, productivity and delivery to ensure continuity of supply. You will hold responsibility for a specific project/region/business or hold a larger remit in terms of purchasing. You will negotiate midsize value contracts, complex requirements and meeting internal client objectives while achieving maximum overall cost effectiveness. You will directly interact with your internal stakeholders and with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive SPS strategic plan with supporting strategies.

• Align with Commodity Strategies including spend site analysis, Cost, Market Analysis and Global Technology / Economic trends

• Ensure Relationship development and management with key Supplier Leaderships

• Improve Working Capital thru Payment Terms extensions, Payment cycle optimization, Vendor Managed Inventories

• Inventory and Lead time reductions

• Assist in Site Tactical Procurement escalations, reconciliations and reporting as required

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor Degree
• 3 - 5 years of experience in operational or tactical purchasing for indirect/direct material.
• Good technical knowledge of Procurement/Sourcing
• Fluent English
