Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or a related Engineering/Business field.
Trained and preferably certified as PMP.
Minimum 9 years of progressive and directly related experience.
Strong Knowledge and experience of software procurement procedures, requirements/systems analysis, tendering procedures, vendor's negotiation, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Information Security requirements.
