This position reports to

ELDS Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

You will be accountable for: • Owning the site supply planning process. • Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. • Providing feedback on the site's ability to support the demand plan in the S&OP process. • Owning the inventory or Net Working Capital (NWC) checkbook for the local unit. • Site inventory and driving inventory optimization projects within the site. • Ensuring the right inventory levels are maintained, optimizing them according to the company's targets, while ensuring a high customer service level. • Establishing and maintains inventory management processes for finished goods in line with company guidelines. • Responsible for the inventory checkbook process and related periodical follow-ups/monthly reviews. • Running a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution (S&OE) process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution. • Coordinating an appropriate response to unplanned events. • Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories).

Qualifications for the role

• Your keys to be successful in this role:
• + 8 years of experience in same field, with management experience of +60 employees.
• Strong expertise in SAP PP/MM modules, with hands-on experience in production planning, material management, and inventory optimization.
• Managing volatile and customer-specific demand patterns with limited forecast reliability and high customization complexity.
• Leading swift, structured responses to urgent order changes, supply disruptions, and customer escalations in a highly dynamic environment.
• Orchestrating supply planning across diverse production lines while balancing unique production constraints.
