We are seeking a Performanceand Compliance Leader to play an integral role within the team, focused ondeveloping the quality and process systems and monitoring performance andcompliance to meet all of Honeywell's (HWL) contractual requirements, based atFrankston Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the client representative, contractual key stakeholders, service partners and end users
  • Ensure communication is two way and all requests are responded to promptly and within required timeframes
  • Working alongside the Mobilisation Lead and Engineering Lead to achieve compliance pertaining to successful delivery of hard services to ensure KPI deliverables are met safely
  • Actively build, manage and maintain compliance to all site PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tasks
    Ensure detailed understanding of the contract and KPI requirement and ensure processes utilised achieve the expectations of the KPI's and minimise site abatement risks, including performance monitoring and reporting requirements in line with all contracted KPI requirements

Key Experience & Capabilities:
  • Tertiary or post trade qualifications in business, facility management, engineering or related discipline
  • 5 years' experience in a highly complex operating environment
  • Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements
  • Management experience within dynamic, high pressure environment
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written
