We have an opportunity for a Customer Experience Professional to join us at Honeywell in CAIRO, EGY. To be successful in this role, you will serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Interacts w/ customers prior to and after sale.
- Processes order, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains positive customer relations.
- Coordinates w/ various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Substantially impacts the relationship between Honeywell and the customer.
- Process Day to Day Order.
- Clear Backlogs.
- Respond Customer Queries and Claims (non-Disputes).
- Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement.
- Support business continuity by Process documentation and cross Process training.
- Support for supervisor in gathering relevant data for operation management.
- Support workload balancing for the rest of the team
- Act as SME for processes and support process trainings and refreshers Perform quality checks for order entry
You Must Have
- Any Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience as SME.
- A strong leader, dedicated to solving problems and continual improvement.
- Highly adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Research skills and ability to gather information to support decisions.
- Strong understanding of Six Sigma & Lean principles.
- Encourage & Follow Honeywell Behavior/policies.
