We are seeking a ProcurementBuyer to join the team at Baulkham Hills. In this role, you are accountable for executing and managingcritical steps in the order to cash cycle. It is the responsibility ofthe Buyer to manage a portfolio of both internal and external suppliers,placing orders and managing the fulfillment in a timely manner.

We are seeking a ProcurementBuyer to join the team at Baulkham Hills. In this role, you are accountable for executing and managingcritical steps in the order to cash cycle. It is the responsibility ofthe Buyer to manage a portfolio of both internal and external suppliers,placing orders and managing the fulfillment in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review all Open orders on daily basis and ensure it is delivered from Supplier
- Review Pending PR's daily twice and ensure all PO's are sent to supplier
- Ensure all orders are duly acknowledged by supplier in the system
- Review open orders with internal customers and be proactive in expediting deliveries
- Ensure OA dates are within lead time
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- 3+ years of working experience in Procurement
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Good Knowledge on SAP
- Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Tools highly regarded
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
