Director of Procurement Project Management is a crucial position within our organization.This role is responsible for creating value by supporting multiple businesses fordirect material spend of $5B and indirect spend of $3B. The focus will be ondriving productivity, managing working capital, and achieving other key KPIs. Asthe Director of Procurement Project Management, you will be expected to drivekey initiatives, establish and execute a robust Management Operating System(MOS), and collaborate with the xSBG teams. This role has very high visibilitywithin the organization, guiding various businesses as the initiatives andderived analysis will provide critical information to help guide strategicdecision-making in both the short and long term.
The successful candidate will work on global and regionalstrategies, closely collaborating with different businesses to obtain buy-inand execute plans effectively. Their ability to communicate and work withvarious stakeholders will be crucial to their success in this role.
You will report directly to Vice President Procurement, and you'llbe working out of Bangalore, India location. You should be flexible to work inthe night shift supporting Global teams, primarily Americas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development: Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, focusing on key KPIs, Direct material pipeline development and management.
Team Leadership: Leading and developing a procurement team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, providing effective procurement solutions and establishing & driving robust MOS to track direct material pipeline performance vs AOP.
Managing FT teams for Direct and Indirect functions across Productivity management, Working Capital, PSL, HGR, eAuction and other KPIs.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the supply chain.
Insights Management: Collaborate with analytics & reporting team to prepare, present procurement performance reports. Develop analysis and insights on various data elements related to procurement across various business groups
Change Management: Drive change management in process, people, systems/tools by collaborating with global and cross-functional teams across various levels in the organization

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 15 years of work experience in digital procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain function.
Strong leadership with experience in people management skills
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies
Excellent negotiation and project management skills
Knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP, iValua and e-sourcing platforms
International experience with exposure to high-growth regions
Cross-functional experience in sourcing, engineering, technology integration and operations
Strong hold on analytical tools, MS Excel, SQL, Power Bi with problem solving analytical acumen
Experience in implementing AI related projects
