Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Account Manager to oversee service operations and customer satisfaction across the Quebec and Eastern Canada region. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing service accounts, driving service revenue, and ensuring customer success for our advanced robotics solutions in industrial settings. This is a client-facing, field-based role requiring a strong technical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and proven experience in managing accounts within the robotics or automation sector. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related matters for customers in the Quebec and Eastern Canada region. • Manage service contracts, renewals, and support agreements to maximize customer retention and satisfaction. • Work closely with internal technical teams to coordinate installations, maintenance, and repair of robotic systems. • Develop, maintain and grow long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for post-sales service support. Build yearly and long-term Strategic Account and Regional Sales plans • Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios. • Drive service revenue through upselling service offerings, spare parts, and upgrade opportunities. Manage accurate opportunity pipeline and all customer interactions via SFDC • Ensure KPIs for customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution are consistently met. • Represent the company at regional trade shows and customer events when needed.

Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service account management, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial machinery.
- Strong technical understanding of robotics systems and their applications.
- Proven ability to manage and grow complex service accounts across multiple industries.
- Fluently Bilingual in French and English is required. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Quebec and Eastern Canada (up to 50%).
- Experience working with industrial customers in sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or aerospace.
- Background in engineering, mechatronics, or related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and service management tools.
