Job Description:
The Manufacturing technician works onsite in an aseptic cleanroom environment. Daily duties involve the set up and operation of processing equipment, such as Biohazard laminar flow hoods, heat sealers, and mixers. Manufacturing technicians will also assist in manual handling of raw tissue materials that become the finished product.

Job Description:
The Manufacturing technician works onsite in an aseptic cleanroom environment. Daily duties involve the set up and operation of processing equipment, such as Biohazard laminar flow hoods, heat sealers, and mixers. Manufacturing technicians will also assist in manual handling of raw tissue materials that become the finished product.
Specific activities include:
- Processing human/porcine tissue in an aseptic cleanroom environment.
- Set up and operate processing equipment including heat sealers, biohazard laminar flow hoods, and mixers.
- Monitor goods during production for quality.
- Record information on batch records, equipment and cleaning logs
- Uses computers, barcode scanners, and SAP to enter data
- Maintains inventory of processing supplies
- Responsible for cleaning the work area
- 2-3 years of related Manufacturing experience (FDA regulated food or drug setting, or working with hazardous chemicals.)
- Experience working in an Aseptic cleanroom environment in manufacturing
- working directly with, handling, or coming into contact with chemicals or reagents.
- Basic Computer Skills Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP
- Understands Good Manufacturing Practice GMP and Good Documentation Practice GDP
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs, and able to stand for several hours. May involve repetitive arm/wrist motions
