Are you a detail-driven leader with a passion for technical precision and team development? At NOV, we're looking for an Eastern Hemisphere Certification Lead to champion the delivery of product certifications that power our global ISE Operations and Aftermarket services. In this strategic role, you'll manage a high-performing team across regions, ensure compliance with critical industry standards, and collaborate closely with third-party inspectors and internal teams to meet regulatory and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a certification team operating across the Eastern Hemisphere
• Own the end-to-end certification process for global orders-from document review to final release
• Drive continuous improvement to keep operations cost-effective and high-performing
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and customer requirements (e.g., CoC, ROE, Attestations)
• Manage workload distribution in sync with production schedules
• Oversee the compilation of technical documentation packs with precision and care
• Partner with QA, Aftermarket, and Operations teams to solve documentation challenges
• Support audits, inspector visits, and customer engagement on certification matters
• Travel occasionally to ensure global coordination and excellence

What you'll need:

• Solid knowledge of oilfield products and regulatory documentation
• Proven leadership experience managing a geographically diverse team
• Strong understanding of technical specs and how they impact certification and compliance
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Confident decision-maker with a strong sense of responsibility
• Customer-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
