JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate CNC Vertical, Horizontal, and Boring Mills, plus CNC lathes
• Validate CNC programs prior to machining
• Perform first-article setups and transition to production runs while maintaining quality
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specs
• Complete routing documentation and maintain accurate records
• Follow NOV safety protocols consistently
• Communicate effectively across shifts
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Collaborate within a fast-paced team
• Take on additional tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years CNC machining experience required
• Experience with Fanuc and Haas controls
• Strong math skills and basic computer proficiency
• Solid knowledge of GD&T and inspection techniques
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of tooling and fixturing
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gages, etc.)
• Willing to work 2nd shift with potential overtime and weekends; shift differential applies
